I’ve recently been struck with a bout of gastritis and can’t have my normal keto shake because it contains dairy protein which irritates my stomach. I’ve struggled to maintain a keto diet through this experience because of the many things that can inflame the stomach. This shake though!!! It’s tastes great! Has a great consistency! And meets all the marks for what I need after a workout or as a meal replacement. They are kind expensive for only 12 servings. I’ll be looking to see if there is a dry version that I can mix at home to cut down on cost and plastic waste. But overall a really good option for someone with sensitive tummies who’s trying to meet goals!I just received the protein drinks today. I have low blood sugar and need to have a protein during the night to be able to sleep more hours. The easiest thing is to drink something and I chose this product. I am very pleased with the taste and I hope they will put me back asleep but that remains to be seen. This drink is not sweet and I think the naysayers in the other reviews want some that taste like a milk shake or something. But for the benefit of health, these are just right to me for taste. I also read in reviews these were thick and as for the ones I got they are not.These are good, but they are very thick and you have to shake them consistently. They taste like cake batter as well which I’m sure some people like but I don’t. They are the best plant based shakes I’ve found with high protein so I will buy them again.he vegan based zero carb protein drink is very delicious.Really like this high protein shake except when I open one and it’s “gloppy”. Not only are those one-off’s super thick, but there’s a dried rubbery layer that is difficult to swallow. It happens in at least one bottle per 12-pack.So where do i begin with this? So it has what i need in terms of protein shake without any of the bad stuff that others one have but that's where the pros ends.The negatives:The flavor is god awful. Like the after take is like i'm drinking pepto bismol and you can taste the powered like taste as well. The only way to kinda reduce this is by shaking the bottle at least minimum of 50 times. It lessons it but not all the way.The cost doesn't justify the price when it tastes really badly.Buying from the website yields better pricing and have ordered the other 2 flavors just to see how good it is but for this flavor, i don't recommend it.I received this product and my shakes were very thick and chalky. I have ordered the meal replacement in vanilla flavor and they were very tasty and gave me that full filling. I will probably go back to those than trying these again.These are total inconsistent is texter from thick like pudding and barley able to even pour especially the chocolates to not so bad its like 1 batch is ok but another well ??I like them if they aren't to thick I am doing keto so I like that its a quick high protein & fiber fix and you don't get a bad batch as I would call it and they only say!!! WEll it is all natural so the consistency will very but from smooth to So Thick you can't even poor or drink???? so If anyone else is having the same issue lets all keep informing them its just not expectable and would insist !! a replacement because these ARE EXPENCIVE !! so what I am saying is When there Good and when there NOT There NOT
