The vendors description is accurate. I ordered medium .I am 5'3" and weigh 132. My waist is 27" and my hips are 38.5. my leg inseam is 27" from ankle to top of Inside thigh. They would probably be okay with someone whose legs are a couple of inches longer, but not more than that. They are super comfortable and the material is better than I anticipated. I send back so many leggings because they never fit as advertised but these do and I'm keeping them. Will probably order more. The pictures I included were taken in a variety of lighting situations. .
