This set definitely has some pros and cons, but overall I am happy that we purchased this one at the price point that we did.Pros:Price - This was the only punching bag set in its price range. Definitely our motivating factor.Weight Limit - This seems to be holding up to the weight just fine. If you're looking to hang something heavier than the standard bag that comes with it, you'll definitely need to use sandbags to distribute the weight.Bag - We've only lightly used it so far, but the punching bag and speed bag seem fairly sturdy so far.Cons:Weight Distribution - You really need to use sandbags in order for it not to jostle everywhere.Setup - The bracing rods that connect the side supports to the main pole are hard to attach. We had to manhandle them (to the point that we thought we were breaking them) in order to get them to attach. Now that they're in place, we haven't had any issues.Noise - Because this is an all metal kit, there's a lot of squeakiness that comes when in use. I'd definitely suggest putting it in a basement or garage so that the sound doesn't reverberate through the entire house.Range of Angle - For the heavybag, it's very difficult to hit it from an angle other than straight on due to the floor braces. This makes it difficult to stay on your toes and move around the target.Overall, it's a great starter kit, and we'd definitely buy again.The items came faster than expected. Great for the price. You cannot beat the price I am having fun with this! Can take a beating. The only issue is the stand is a little noisy and wobbly but maybe that is how all stands are, never owned a stand before. The instructions for the stand are a little confusing but we still figured it out. The punching bag is very good quality. We received the stand, stuffed punching bag and a mini inflatable bag. Also came with a air pump but there was no needle to insert the air so basically the air pump is not worth much.This product works great, It got here quick, and is easy to put togather.Though, it is too short for me. I am 5'11" and the top up the bag, when assembled properly, is about my nose height.I cannot get any chin height shot in this thing. This Bag would be great for youths or the vertically challenged, lol.Other than that, it can take a hit. I punched the crap outta this thing and it gives good feed back.The speed bag chain that connect the speed bag itself to the panel on top is a little too long as well.This may be a little less expensive but there is no reason for the lack of proper directions. In addition to the screws, nuts, and bolts thrown haphazardly together without a label, the illustrations and directions are incorrect. I am a little dismayed that several people have written about this and amazon has not done anything about this. If you want to spend hours figuring out what is what, this is the bag for you.This product looks nice and was pretty easy to assemble, but it's very light-weight. The stand kept falling over whenever we tried to hang the bag. We had to weigh it down by placing actual weights on the base. And this bag isn't even that heavy. The description says you can switch it out for a much heavier bag, but I'm not sure how that would work since it already has problems standing. Also, the pump to pump up the speed bag broke almost instantly. I just used a bike pump instead. It's a good product for the price, but expect to have to problem-solve when these few little quirks arrive.Fits right in the corner, and i can go to work on it. Needs to be opened stepped in to compact it, then fill some sand which i did and its perfect.Though one thing, they have a few spot to place weights but if you dont have the actual weight that goes on a bar you would have to add alot of weight on stand to keep in place.Overall great for the price!The set up is solid. Nice and even to the floor with no bounce . when using the bag it stays in place. Both the speed bag and heavy ( which comes filled ) bag so far seem to be takinf a good beating with no issues. Also it nice to be able to make a quick adjustment for the kids and i to use the speed bag.Pretty sturdy good value fast shipping. The speed bag didn’t blow up properly but they refunded me for that.
